We’re a small UK team building the tool we wished existed when we were running recruitment desks. No open roles. We're launching with a small founding team and will start hiring towards the back half of 2026, beginning with a full-stack engineer and a customer-success lead.
Recruitment experience matters
RateCalc.io was built on the back of years running a UK recruitment agency, and the whole product is shaped by what that desk wished existed. People who've worked in or around UK recruitment agencies start with that shared context already loaded.
Generalists welcome
Small team, lots of surface area. We'd rather hire someone who can ship a feature end-to-end (UI, API, migration, copy) than someone who only owns one layer.
Remote-first, UK-based
We're a UK company building for UK agencies. Remote is the default; we meet up in person every couple of months.
Bias to shipping
Small launches over big launches. Get it in front of an agency owner this week, watch them use it, fix what breaks. The product gets better that way.
