- Yes. Every price on this page is shown before VAT.
- Do I need a card for the free trial?
- Yes, a card is needed to start. Nothing is taken for 7 days. If you cancel before day 8 you pay nothing; otherwise your plan starts on day 8.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your billing page. Annual plans pro-rate; monthly changes take effect next cycle.
- Do extra seats add to my bill?
- Starter and Solo are single-seat by design. Team includes one seat plus £39.99 a month for each extra seat, up to 10 seats. Agency includes one seat plus £49.99 a month for each extra seat, with no cap. Annual plans get the same 20% discount on extra seats. Enterprise seats are bespoke.
- What’s the difference between quotes and proposals?
- A quote is the rate calculation. A proposal is the branded document you send to your client. Each plan caps the number of saved proposals a month.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancel from billing and your access continues until the end of the current period. We don’t refund part-used annual plans.
- Where is my data stored?
- In the EU, on Supabase, under UK GDPR safeguards. Our privacy policy lists every service that handles your data.
