NHSP framework rate caps + Crown Commercial caps for healthcare agencies

How to set up rate caps per framework so the builder warns before a capped quote goes out.

Frameworks like NHSP and Crown Commercial publish maximum charge rates per role. If you breach a cap, the client will reject the invoice. We let you set these per-sector and warn live in the builder.

Setting up a framework

Settings → Sectors → pick a sector → "Framework caps" → "Add framework". Give it a name (e.g. "NHSP 2024/25"), then add a maximum charge £/hr per role slug.

Framework caps sub-tab in the sector detail view showing the Add framework button and (if any exist) the list of configured frameworks with their cap entries per role
Each sector keeps its own framework caps. Add as many as your clients reference.

Using it on a quote

In the proposal builder, pick the framework from the dropdown above the rate card. Any shift bill rate that exceeds its role's cap shows a red breach marker. The quote still saves and sends, but you see the warning before you click Send.
